Lesli McGee is the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the Continuum of Care for Mcleod Health. Lesli‘s main role is to work alongside the executive leadership team to develop communicate ensure execution of strategies of Mcleod Health to ensure success. She has been employed with Mcleod Health since 1987 in various operational and leadership roles.
In the hospital setting, she provides leadership for the system wide
patient flow center, Case Management, Social Services, Inpatient
Clinical Documentation Integrity, Utilization Management, Inpatient
Hospice and Palliative and Hospice Care Services, and the Clinical
Dietitians.
Outside the walls of the hospitals
responsibilities, her resposibilities include leadership of the McLeod
Accountable Care Organization, the Population Health Strategy,
Outpatient Documentation Improvement, Chronic Care Management, Mcleod
Home Health, Palliative and Hospice Care, Real Estate Construction,
Planning and Government Affairs.
Originally from
Florence, Lesli began her career with Mcleod Health 34 years ago. She
received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University and her
Master of Science in Integrated Healthcare Management from Western
Governor's University.
Lesli is married to Tony. They
share seven children, two grandchildren and reside in Florence South
Carolina .
